Spring is the season of meeting and parting. When I run this company, I experience these “ meetings and partings” many times. We meet new members, meet new customers, and sometimes even say goodbye. It is most exciting to see a new member of our company succeed, and we feel sad when a business partner we have known for many years retires. Still, every encounter has meaning, and I try to be thankful for every goodbye.The relationships we have encountered have supported our company to now.

What I have learned in parting has also given me the strength to take the next step forward. That is why I would like to continue “people-oriented management” in the future. Relationships between people are important and cannot be measured by numbers or data alone. True value is born only when a relationship of trust is built. We would like to continue manufacturing with sincerity, being grateful for encounters and learning from partings. It is with this in mind that I welcome this spring.
