Super Small-Lot & Super Fast-Delivery Production Line
We have developed the NBCS 10M production line, enabling ultra-small-lot and ultra-short-lead-time delivery within our NBCS system, where customers can order cutting materials in exactly the specifications they need.
Where previously the production limit was around 100 m (0.7 t), this new line now allows delivery of cutting materials in ultra-small lots of about 10 m.
As a result, you can carry out low-cost and speedy production of prototype dies and testing with much greater ease.
Furthermore, our experienced Nakayama staff will propose the most appropriate cutting materials tailored to the material you are cutting and your specific application.

1. Original Cutting Materials Can Be Produced in Ultra-Small Lots
Thanks to our in-house development and manufacturing of the production machinery itself, we can produce original cutting materials in ultra-small lots.
2. Ultra-Short Lead Time: Production in as Little as One Day
Production in ultra-small lots with ultra-short delivery times means there’s less risk of excess or obsolete inventory, and you can conduct material or blade tests with ease and speed.
3. Accurate Blade Selection and Proposal
