CUTTING RULES requires balancing contradictory properties, such as “hardness” and “compatibility with bending.” It is for this reason that we are so deeply committed not only to manufacturing processes, but also to the raw materials that they are built on. These are raw materials that conform to “Nakayama standards,” which are far more rigorous than JIS standards and must pass inspections where materials’ specification ranges are narrowed down to less than half of JIS standards.

It appears that we’re focusing on something invisible, but it’s necessary for a stable supply of high-quality CUTTING RULES. We believe it is a crucial foundation of our activities. The product thickness is set to the industry’s smallest thickness tolerance to achieve optimal quality.
