Traditionally, product separation has been done manually, placing a significant burden on workers.
To reduce the workload of manual separation, "NOZOMI" has been introduced.

The customer requested an improvement in the aesthetic quality compared to the conventional product.
※ The conventional product featured multiple 0.3mm nicks on the product side.
Additionally, there was a need to reduce the workload of the separation process.
For this application:
The entire outer perimeter of the product used "NOZOMI."
Stripping blades were NC series with 0.3mm nicks. Punches had 0.2mm nicks.
Product Appearance
Since the product is a double-sided PP sheet, some PP burrs were observed. However, the aesthetic quality was improved compared to the conventional 0.3mm nicks.
Separation Process
The new specification made it easier to separate the products, reducing the workload compared to the conventional method.
