I have received many happy moments from the members of Japan national team while watching World Baseball Classic 2023, in which Japan national team was crowned champions.When I watch a baseball game, I focus on the skill and physicality of the players, as well as the mentality of the players and the manager, and of course, I sometimes become emotionally involved with each player.My feeling at the time was more "I’m so jealous!" than "Congratulations on the win! Thank you!" All players, managers, coaches, and staff have the same goal of becoming "the greatest in the world," and they build a team to achieve it.

Each member of the national team has a role to play, and by fulfilling that role, they can create the best possible form of victory.I understand that the best experience of this is to "share the joy" of achieving the goal with all members of the team. Our company also has the slogan "ONE TEAM," and all members of the team work together to achieve the goal and share the joy of victory. In order to experience this, it is my important mission to make Nakayama a great team, and I will continue to work hard every day to achieve this goal.
