Management

On January 13, simultaneous entrance examinations for private junior high schools began in the Kinki region. My son also took this entrance examination. As his manager, I have had a very good experience supporting him since the 5th grade of elementary school. The main task of the entrance exam manager is to manage the schedule, motivation, and physical condition of my son so that he can feel good about studying. Then, on the day of the entrance exam, I focused on making sure that my son could show 100% of his ability.
Through this experience, we saw a common point with business. Simply put, a manager's job is to make sure that players get the most out of their abilities. To do this, it is important to care about the player on a daily basis. And I understand that caring means taking an interest in the players. The same is true of company management. One person alone cannot achieve results. In the end, we have to leverage the power of the entire team. In conclusion, I feel that the key to a well-functioning organization is to take an interest in its members and support each other.
