Spring is the season of new encounters and goodbyes. Recently, we celebrated my son's graduation and entrance into school.It is a time to say goodbye to the friends he has spent time with and to establish new connections in a new environment. This period is also an opportunity for personal growth.In running a company, we experience numerous encounters and partings.
