Maintaining Health

When I became CEO in April 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic made me acutely aware of the importance of maintaining good health. Not only within the company, but also among my friends and acquaintances, I saw an increasing number of people struggling with both physical and mental health issues. Some of them even faced long recoveries before they could return to work. This experience has reinforced my commitment to regular exercise, balanced nutrition, sufficient sleep, and occasionally unwinding in my favorite bathhouse to recharge.
No matter how great a business idea or how high one's skill level is, if health is compromised, those abilities cannot be fully realized. Taking personal responsibility for my health not only allows me to perform at my best but also ensures that I can be considerate of others, ultimately fostering a foundation for the company’s growth and vitality. Moving forward, I will continue to prioritize health, strengthen our support systems, and create a work environment where every team member can thrive both physically and mentally.
