Believing in the power of a small but elite team
Here’s a quote from one of my favorite manga, which has appeared several times in this journal: "War is not about numbers; they’re about the people." This powerful line embodies the strong belief that victory is determined not by the quantity of people, but by the strength of individuals. This mindset is especially motivating for companies like ours, which operate with a small, elite team. Our company may not be a large organization, but this gives us the advantage of having each member take full responsibility as a professional, enabling everyone to perform at their best and produce exceptional results.
The smaller size of our team also fosters deeper collaboration, allowing for faster decision-making and more flexible responses. In the business world, we see many examples of small, elite teams succeeding in highly competitive markets. What matters most is not the number of people, but who you compete with and what value you provide. It’s the mindset of each individual, approaching challenges with conviction, that creates a competitive edge.We will continue to carry the spirit of "War is not about numbers; they’re about the people" with us and strive to deliver the kind of value to our customers that only a small, elite team can achieve.
