Spring is a season where farewells and new encounters intersect. It also marks the turning point of the fiscal year, a time to reflect on the past while looking ahead to new beginnings. Recently, I had an opportunity to once again think deeply about the meaning of the phrase “once-in-a-lifetime encounter.”In our daily work, we meet a wide variety of people, such as business partners, colleagues, and people in the local community. Each of these encounters is never something to be taken for granted; they are born from that specific moment, place, and relationship.

No matter how long a relationship may last, today will never come again. That is why I believe it is essential to value each day and to face the person in front of us with sincerity, as this forms the foundation of trust.In business, efficiency and speed are certainly important. However, what ultimately moves people’s hearts is the genuine way in which we engage with one another. The accumulation of these once-in-a-lifetime encounters shapes the future of a company. With this in mind, I will continue to cherish every encounter in the days ahead.
