To meet these needs, we developed our new service, “10M.”

This service is completely different from our conventional cutting rule production lines.

It is Nakayama’s original new production line designed to achieve
“Ultra-small lot production × Ultra-short lead time.”

Traditionally,cutting rule production has generally required minimum orders
of around 100 meters.
However, with 10M, ultra-small lot production of approximately 10 meters is now possible.

This makes it ideal for test dies, trial punching,
and other applications where only a small quantity is required.

The flexibility to accommodate such small-volume needs
is one of the key advantages of this service.
