Test cutting is conducted under conditions close to actual production environments, allowing us to compare and verify cutting pressure, cut-edge conditions, and machine motion generated during the cutting process. Using steel rule provided by customers and manufacturers, we carry out trial cutting tests with various steel rules.
In addition, we carefully listen to customer requirements regarding final product quality and processing conditions. Based on these needs, we provide not only steel rule selection support, but also proposals aimed at improving overall processing quality.
