One-Shot
At the end of January, I participated as a coach in my son's final elementary school rugby tournament, the Nationals. It took a lot of effort and team building, winning through the district qualifiers, to earn the ticket for this national competition.Although we were not able to achieve our goal of becoming the best in Japan, we were able to keenly realize how difficult it is to win a one-shot competition that ends with a loss. The difficulty is to let the team show its full potential. The same is true in business situations.
When acquiring an important client or partner, one-shot negotiations and proposals can make or break your success. You need to have a solid understanding of the client's needs and make the best proposal to meet them.To achieve this, it is important to prepare as much as possible and increase the odds of winning one shot. Above all, the key to winning is to never neglect "preparation". With this understanding and in order to make it easier to demonstrate my own abilities, I always try to stay prepared.
