The grinding wheels used in our sharpening process: These grinding wheels are highly varied, and it is no exaggeration to say that their grain size and hardness determine the quality of sharpening. We spent decades on research to meet the “Nakayama standards,” and modify the composition of grinding wheels for prototype production. By selecting the optimal grinding wheel depending on the product, we have achieved “Nakayama quality.”
